Booking terms.

Please read the terms attached to your selected room and rate before confirming. Your booking confirmation should set out your dates, guests, room category, total price, inclusions and applicable payment and cancellation conditions.

Arrival and departure

Standard check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. Arriving late? Please contact us before travelling so we can arrange your check-in. Settle outstanding room charges before departure.

Guests and beds

Luxury Studio Suites accommodate up to four guests with a king-size bed and one double sofa bed. King Rooms and both poolside categories accommodate up to two guests with one king-size bed. There is no twin-bed configuration.

Enter all adults and children when requesting a price. For Luxury Studio Suites, the third and fourth guests are charged ₱1,000 each per night. Children older than two years count as additional persons. Check the full guest count, inclusions and total price before confirming.

Payment and cancellation

Review the amount due, payment deadline, accepted payment method, any disclosed transaction charges and the cancellation deadline before paying. Please contact us if anything in your quotation or confirmation is unclear.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are charged the full reservation amount. Please review the cancellation conditions for your selected rate before confirming.

Breakfast and private jacuzzi

Breakfast is through our partner, from 8 am to 12 noon. Unless included in your selected rate, it is ₱475 per person for one breakfast and one drink from the menu. For a packed breakfast, notify the team the night before.

The jacuzzi is exclusive to the Poolside King Room with Deck and Jacuzzi, included in its room price, and available from 8 am to 10 pm daily.
